- No Guarantee of Accuracy: Because data is synced at specific intervals, discrepancies may occur between the time of our update and the time you view a listing (e.g., a unit may become "unavailable" or the price may change on the PMC's site before our next sync).
- Limitation of Liability: RentElf is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by data discrepancies, outdated pricing, or unavailable listings. Users are encouraged to verify all information directly on the Property Management Company's website.
